No Call, No Show Policy

If you have an appointment scheduled and do not contact WTF! to cancel, you will be required to pay for half of the service cost before re booking. We will not accept any online booking request after a no call no show. You must call the salon.  A second incident will require a deposit made to re book all future appointments. A third and final incident we will no longer provide our services to you. 

24 hour Cancel Policy

Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you would like to cancel or reschedule. This is courtesy so that we have the opportunity to fill that appointment time with another client. Less than 24 hour cancel, we will require half of the grooming cost before re booking. We will not accept any online booking request after a less than 24 hour cancel incident. You must call the salon.  A second incident will require a deposit to rebook all future appointments. A third and final incident we will no longer provide our services to you.   

Pick Up Time Policy

We ask that you please pick up your pet within the hour that they are finished. Please contact us if you are running behind so that we know what's going on. Per Kent city zoning, we can not provide daycare or boarding services. After 1 hour we will charge a late pick up fee of $2.00 per minute. 

Breed Restrictions

At this time, we are a 1 groomer salon. There are some breeds that we feel require at least 2 people to properly handle and groom. We love all dogs, for the safety of all parties involved we currently can not groom the following breeds. These breeds include any mix of specific breed. 

  • Husky 

  • Chow

  • German Shepherd

  • Scottish Terrier

  • Akita

  • Rottweiler

  • Wolf Dog Hybrids

Same Day Booking Request

We can not do same day online booking appointments. Please call or text the salon for same day appointments.

Late Arrival Policy

Please either call or text us if you are running behind. Starting an appointment late, often means being behind on the remaining appointments for the day. If we don't see or hear from you around 15-20 min after your scheduled appointment, your appointment may be cancelled. We will also consider this a No Call No Show!
